His vision and vast Channel experience has led to the development of ChannelAssist's best in class platform.
David's understanding of the principles needed to manage complex business relationships have led to the development of numerous
integrated sales and marketing programs for various organizations across North America.
His vision for PRM Plus was developed using over 20 years of sales and marketing experience managing channels for Crowntek, Dell
Computer Corporation, AT&T Canada, Viewsonic and 3Com Canada.
David's knowledge resulted in a platform including Partner Profiling, Education, Sales Data Collection, Promotions, Rewards Store,
and Reporting modules allowing his clients to better manage their third party channels. Continued targeted Marketing Support services
and superior Customer Support for Help Desk and Claim Validation provided complete end-to-end winning solutions.
Combined with his previous experience in the Retail and Banking sectors, David has demonstrated the ability to apply his unique
skills over a variety of channel models and business disciplines resulting in one successful program after another.
Brian Deck
CTO, Partner
As an information technology expert with a proven track record in developing best in class cloud Channel programs, Brian's relentless
commitment to ensuring customer success is evident in the growing adoption of ChannelAssist's PRM Plus platform across all
industries.
His passion for creating and executing automated analytic driven marketing programs resulted in the development of such a robust
platform that, when configured, provides personalized client solutions. These solutions constantly evolve to address cutting edge
technology such as web based customer and partner portals ensuring a constant focus on client needs.
Understanding the entire industry value chain, Brian believes that effective strategic consulting, data analytics, targeted
communication and fulfillment develop the foundation of true partnerships. Coupling this foundation with added value based customer
service to ensure maximum program adoption and retention is what Brian feels sets ChannelAssist apart.
Before becoming a Partner at ChannelAssist Inc. in 2003, Brian was the Founder and Executive Director of Digital Understanding Inc.,
a creative and advertising company building and hosting internet and digital media solutions for several Fortune 500 companies.
Al LePine
Vice President, Sales
An information technology sales veteran with experience in all facets of IT, Al's proven track record with Compaq, HP, Dell, AOL and
Symantec has solidified his industry expertise. His constant drive to solve problems, provide feasible solutions and ensure excellent
customer experiences has been his forte during his impressive career.
Al's industry knowledge and passion is evident in his ability to identify with customer needs turning them into incremental revenue
and market share growth. Using the constantly evolving PRM Plus platform, Al ensures focus on client requirements with cutting edge
technology such as web based customer and partner portals.
Understanding the entire industry distribution chain, Al effectively provides sales and consulting services via ChannelAssist's
impressive cloud based platform. His recommended Partner Relationship Management solutions constantly deliver results growing
partner, reseller, retailer networks, market share and revenue.
Before becoming Vice President of Sales at ChannelAssist Inc. Al held senior level Sales and Sales Management positions within the IT
Industry.
Christine Holmes
Director of Program Development
With over 15 years of cross-disciplinary marketing experience, Christine is a highly regarded consumer and channel specialist. Her
proven expertise in developing, implementing and managing programs for industry leading companies constantly deliver impressive
results.
Christine's comprehensive understanding of the unique requirements in channel, consumer and technology marketing regularly impacts
the success of client programs. Her belief is that a strong program must start with in depth strategic planning and requires an
ongoing multi-dimensional recruitment / engagement plan. Christie is adamant that activity can only be maximized by building trust
through consistent execution and comprehensive criteria.
Throughout her career Christine has shared this philosophy and expertise with companies such as Hewlett-Packard, 3Com, Palm, Kyocera,
ATI Technologies and Nissan.
Christine's long list of specialties include, Channel Programs, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Project Management, Program
Development, Contest Management, Quebec Regie (RACJ) Compliance, Consumer Rebates, Go To Market Programs, Loyalty Programs, Needs
Assessment, Marketing and Strategic Planning.
Rosalind Fleming
Director of Customer Service
Supporting Channel Partner and Customer Programs since 2003, Rosalind's passion for customer service is reflected in her teams ability
to manage each program participant as a unique individual. Her global experience has accounted for programs in several different
countries and she strongly believes that the best programs require a "hands on" approach.
Rosalind has supported programs for numerous organizations including, HP, Kyocera, Toshiba, D-Link, Nissan and Rogers. Maintaining
trusting relationships with program participants and suppliers, her flawless client audit record, agent accountability and
participant satisfaction levels speak for themselves.
Mike Rocha
Solutions Architect
With a remarkable understanding of information technology, Mike's application and solution development significantly contributes to
ChannelAssist's constantly evolving PRM Plus platform. His passion to create added value features focused on optimizing business
processes and user friendly experiences has resulted in improved efficiencies for both ChannelAssist and its clients.
An Applied Computer Science graduate of Ryerson University, Mike has built applications for the government, Sun Microsystems and
several other major corporations. His in depth experience also includes large-scale database administration and commercial web
development in both .NET and Java technologies.
