Customer Service Team Member

The successful applicant will have 2+ years’ experience in the Customer Service field with strong attention to detail.
Compensation: TBD - Based on qualifications
Primary Responsibilities:
• Live telephone and email based customer / participant support
• Sales claims processing
• Reward tracking
• Activity reporting
Their qualifications will include:
• Must be fluent in both oral and written English
• French or Spanish would be an asset
• High school graduate
• 2-3 years related working experience
• Computer literate in a Windows operating environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail a must
• Ability to address customer support issues effectively
• Customer oriented
• Pleasant telephone manner and effective interpersonal skills
• Well-developed organizational and time management abilities
• Demonstrated team player
