ChannelAssist Inc. a leader in channel sales rep engagement, today announced that it has hired Doug Vilim as the company’s new Vice President Global Sales. Vilim brings more than 23 years of experience in global channel sales and business development to this role where he will lead client expansion initiatives and drive new client acquisitions. Doug will also provide strategic insights to support ChannelAssist’s growth of professional and technology services.

Prior to ChannelAssist, Vilim was the Vice President of Sales for Sangoma, a world leader in value-based Unified Communications & UCaaS solutions. In his role there, he built and managed a diverse team of Sales Directors to generate revenue through the Channel across North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. In his 17-year tenure at Sangoma, he was a key driver in revenue growth from 2.5M to 110M.
