Patrick held key executive and management consulting roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills in developing customer-centric products ranging from enterprise solutions to consumer mobile apps, focusing on delivering tangible value. Recently, he served as the VP of Engineering at KioSoft Inc. In addition to his expertise in user-centric product development, Patrick is renowned for his innovative approach to working methods.

Patrick is the founder of Agile Launchpad, an agile coaching consortium, and has co-founded the first chapter/BAM (Business Agility Meetup) of the Business Agility Institute in Canada—Business Agility Toronto. He has guided numerous large and small organizations, including major banks, telecom companies, and innovative startups in Canada, on their journey to achieving greater success within their respective domains.
