ChannelAssist Inc., a leader in channel rep engagement, announces the promotion of Bonnie Roebuck to the position of Vice President, Customer Experience. Bonnie has spent the last six years working with our teams and across our customer portfolio here at ChannelAssist, contributing to the innovation and growth of our people and business. Bonnie has consistently shown exceptional leadership and a customer-focused approach over 25 years of working with people, programs and projects, driving value and achieving the desired outcomes.
In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing our customer service department, as well as driving our company's customer experience strategy. Focused more recently on expanding our Customer Experience global professional services team in EMEA and APJ as well as the Americas, and has been leading the business transformation of our Customer Experience organization across our Program Support, Account Coordinator and Program Manager teams of professionals.
